About the Role

Full-time, on-site position in Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor financial markets throughout the trading day.
• Analyze price movements and market news.
• Execute buy and sell orders in line with firm strategies and risk guidelines.
• Maintain accurate trading records.
• Track positions and exposure.
• Report performance and key insights to the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine trading strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret market data, charts, and financial metrics.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and basic risk management principles.
• Proficiency with trading platforms, spreadsheets, and market analysis tools; comfort working with data and reports.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
• Attention to detail, reliability in maintaining accurate records, and adherence to compliance and ethical standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Relevant trading or finance certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in trading, brokerage, or financial analysis is preferred, but motivated early-career candidates may also be considered.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, handle pressure calmly, and make timely, well-reasoned decisions.
