The Retail Sales Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor.
• Provide product information.
• Support the completion of sales transactions.
• Greet visitors.
• Answer questions.
• Maintain store displays.
• Ensure a clean and organized retail space.
• Help with stock checks.
• Provide basic inventory support.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth store operations.
• Learn about the brand’s products and values to deliver consistent, high-quality customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Retail Sales skills.
• Clear Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Solid Product Knowledge and a willingness to learn about new collections.
• Basic knowledge of point-of-sale operations and comfort with handling cash or digital payments is beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage typical retail hours, including weekends as needed.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Prior retail or internship experience is an advantage but not required.
