About the Role

Location

• Chennai (3 openings)
• Bengaluru (2 openings)

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on recruitment closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring companies.
• Follow up with candidates until successful joining.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Achieve recruitment targets and closure requirements.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Minimum 3 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Freshers with at least 3 months of relevant experience or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
