About the Role

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will support outreach and growth efforts for Jai Techno Works and its products, including Attenzix. This volunteer role involves prospecting potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting with sales presentations for businesses in relevant sectors. The Specialist will help develop and execute marketing campaigns, create basic sales collateral, and maintain CRM records and follow-ups. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, gathering feedback, and supporting training sessions or onboarding activities to ensure effective product adoption. This is a hybrid role based in Aligarh, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

• Training skills
• Familiarity with marketing fundamentals, including basic digital marketing tools and social media outreach
• Organized work habits, attention to detail, and comfort using CRM or sales tracking software
• Motivated to learn about SaaS, IoT, and product engineering, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
• Ideally a background in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
