Field Marketing Representative

About the Role

As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be the first face of Stellar Roofing in the neighborhoods we serve. Your primary responsibility is to meet homeowners face to face, identify visible issues on their homes, and schedule free, no-obligation inspections with our experts. No selling is required; your role is to initiate conversations and set appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and speak with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods.
• Identify visible issues with roofs and home exteriors.
• Schedule free inspections for the sales team.
• Represent Stellar Roofing professionally in every interaction.

Schedule

• Full-time, scheduled shifts.
• Shifts start 6–8 hours before sunset, focusing on evenings when homeowners are typically home.
• At least one weekend day is required each week.
• In-office team meetings twice a week for goal alignment and training.

Training and Support

• First week includes hourly paid training.
• Ongoing coaching and twice-weekly training meetings.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Driver's License (Required)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation.
• Work Location: In person.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to people.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
• No experience required; training is provided.

Compensation and Benefits

• Earn $60,000+ per year.
• Average earnings of $60,000–$80,000, with top producers earning $150,000+.
• Hourly paid training week.
