About the Role
As a Travel Consultant at BCD Travel, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their requests and helping them travel smartly.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and confirm travel reservations for clients.
- Provide consultation based on a strong understanding of client travel policies.
- Fulfill requests related to necessary regulations, including DOT, TSA, passports, and visas.
- Offer industry information such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
- Seek opportunities to review operational processes and commercial relationships for improvement suggestions.
- Actively maintain and expand knowledge of various supported travel industries.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Prior travel agent experience.
- Working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes.
- Advanced skills in Amadeus GDS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
