About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Owner role based in Noida. The Owner is responsible for providing strategic leadership, setting the institution’s vision and long-term objectives, and overseeing academic, administrative, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with senior management and department heads.
• Reviewing performance metrics.
• Ensuring regulatory and accreditation compliance.
• Guiding policy decisions.
• Building relationships with industry partners, academic bodies, and community stakeholders to enhance the institute’s reputation and opportunities for learners.
• Supporting governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across all institutional functions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Educational institution leadership, entrepreneurship, or senior management roles in a related sector.
• Strong strategic planning, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing academic operations, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with higher education regulations, accreditation standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to foster an inclusive, learner-centered, and ethically driven institutional culture.
• Demonstrated capacity to lead change, drive innovation, and support faculty and staff development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in engineering, management, education administration, or a related field is preferred.
