This employee increases revenue by responding to incoming and/or initiating outgoing customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Use company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete, accurate data.
• Ensure patient contact is handled with accuracy and operational effectiveness.
• Promote products, thoroughly explaining product and/or services, and benefits.
• Assist with facilitating physician communication as necessary.
• Resolve customer concerns.
• Record customer information by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data.
• Provide customer follow-up as required.
• Contribute to departmental objectives through tracked contact and sales results.
