About the Role
Our Albuquerque team is expanding as we head into our busiest season! We're hiring Entry Level Brand Ambassadors to support retail marketing campaigns for well-known brands. This hands-on role offers experience in sales, customer engagement, and brand representation, with opportunities to develop new skills alongside a supportive team.
As an Entry Level Brand Ambassador, you'll represent our clients in partnered retail locations, helping customers understand available products and services, answering questions, and identifying solutions that fit their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Representing client brands professionally and creating positive customer experiences
- Explaining products and services based on customer needs
- Working toward individual and team sales goals
- Learning client offerings, maintaining product knowledge, and identifying potential sales opportunities
Qualifications
- Have experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role
- Enjoy interacting with people and communicating with different types of customers
- Are comfortable working toward measurable goals and taking ownership of your results
- Can adapt quickly, accept feedback, and apply what you learn
- Are motivated to grow professionally and take on greater responsibility
- Want to build a career in sales, marketing, or business development
