About the Role
The Construction Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards. The supervisor coordinates with contractors, workers, and project managers to manage schedules, resource allocation, and site logistics.
Key Responsibilities

- Monitoring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in Site Supervision, including managing teams and coordinating multiple on-site activities.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with contractors, workers, clients, and internal stakeholders, and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Solid Inspection skills, with the ability to review work for quality, adherence to plans, and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Thorough understanding of Construction Safety, including implementation of safety protocols, risk identification, and incident prevention.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in supervising construction or infrastructure projects, ideally in healthcare or commercial facilities, is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schedules, and specifications, and to use basic project management and documentation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site under time constraints and changing conditions.
