About the Role
We are hiring Technical Trainees for immediate joining. This is a trainee position under NAPS.
Location
Peenya, Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities
- Screening & Sorting: Inspect modems, routers, set-top boxes, and mobile/laptop hardware to identify visible faults.
- Basic Hardware Testing: Perform basic diagnostic tests, check signal flow, and test power supplies using tools such as multimeters.
- Soldering & Component Handling: Learn and perform basic through-hole and SMT soldering/desoldering.
- Hardware Troubleshooting: Identify basic hardware faults and assist with testing and repair activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Electronics or a relevant discipline preferred.
- Interest in electronics, hardware testing, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with multimeters.
- Ability to learn basic soldering and desoldering.

Stipend
- Diploma: ₹18,000
- ITI: ₹15,000
