This full-time, on-site role as a Business Development Intern is based in Rajendra Place and supports the growth initiatives of IndusTreeBiz through research, outreach, and coordination activities. This is a 6-month internship. A Laptop is Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in lead generation.
• Profile potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.
• Conduct market and industry research.
• Prepare presentations and proposals.
• Support client communication and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with consulting and marketing teams.
• Contribute ideas to business development campaigns.
• Participate in internal meetings to track progress on growth projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and business information.
• Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication.
• Lead Generation Abilities: Prospecting, outreach, and maintaining basic sales funnels.
• Market Research Capabilities: Gather, analyze, and present insights on industries, competitors, and customers.
• Customer Service Skills: Support client interactions professionally and responsively.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial.
• Comfort with digital communication platforms is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Rajendra Place.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Maintain a detail-oriented, organized approach.
