Role
Supporting End to End hiring cycle. Building a strong pipeline by sourcing, Screening, Telephonic conversations and Scheduling interviews and maintaining Database.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various job openings.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate databases and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Assist in creating job advertisements and posting them on various platforms.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification for potential hires.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
- Learn and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the company.
Qualifications
- Degree or MBA Graduate is mandatory.
Skills
- Good Communication in English.
