Key Responsibilities

• Support daily production and manufacturing operations.
• Assist in monitoring production processes and maintaining quality standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
• Support process improvement and productivity activities.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain discipline, quality, and safety in the workplace.
• Learn and follow company procedures and technical standards.

Qualifications

• GET: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) & Mechatronics.
• DET: Diploma in any engineering discipline except Computer Science.
• Age Limit: 18–25 years.
• Gender: Male and female candidates are eligible.
• Other District People first preference.
• Comfort with on-site work in a plant or engineering environment.
• Readiness to follow safety and compliance standards.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to global processes, and grow within Johnson Electric’s technical and operational frameworks.

Tech Stack & Skills

• Skills to work with cross-functional teams in engineering, production, and quality.

Compensation

• Salary: ₹23,300 gross per month.

Interview Details

• Interview days: Monday to Friday.
• Reporting time: Before 9:00 AM.
• Work location: Thirumazhisai or Pillaipakkam.
• Candidates are requested to attend the interview in formal dress with black shoes and bring their original educational certificates, photocopies, and relevant documents.
