About the Role
The Ecommerce Operations Executive will coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments, execute accurate inventory counts, and process vendor invoices. This role supports the end-to-end management of ecommerce orders, ensuring seamless fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely processing and meet customer delivery expectations.
- Execute accurate inventory counts and audits to maintain system integrity and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Process vendor invoices with high precision to ensure timely payments and maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers.
- Utilize MS Excel to track operational performance metrics and generate detailed reports for management review.
- Support the end-to-end management of ecommerce orders to ensure seamless fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate efficient Return to Vendor (RTV) processes to minimize losses and ensure accurate credit reconciliation.
- Monitor ecommerce platform updates to ensure product listings and inventory availability remain synchronized.
- Assist in identifying process bottlenecks to support the smooth execution of daily operational workflows.
- Maintain clean and organized records of all transactional data to support operational compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications
- Minimum: Graduate (Bachelor's degree) in operations, supply chain, or logistics.
- 0–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics.
