Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, reporting/BI tools, and basic data visualization techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights.
• Experience in business analysis, including defining business problems and proposing practical solutions.
• Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders, document requirements, and present findings clearly.
• Knowledge of business processes and business requirements gathering, including process mapping and workflow design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a business analyst or similar role in any industry is an advantage.
