Key Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Adobe Workfront environments.
• Create and maintain projects, templates, portfolios, programs, queues, forms, and dashboards.
• Develop custom workflows, approval processes, and automation rules.
• Design and maintain reports, scorecards, and analytics dashboards.
• Integrate Workfront with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Jira, ServiceNow, or other business systems.
• Manage user access, permissions, groups, teams, and security settings.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Workfront solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support.
• Perform data imports, exports, and system migrations.
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
