US IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role
ACCLiiVE Inc. is seeking motivated US Technical Recruiters to source and recruit qualified candidates across various technical domains, including IT, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and other Engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technical skills, job requirements, and candidate sourcing techniques, coupled with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates for US technical and engineering positions.
- Review resumes and assess candidates against job descriptions.
- Understand technical skills and job requirements across various domains.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely submission of suitable candidate profiles to clients.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment or technical recruiting.
- Strong understanding of technical skills and job requirements for IT and Engineering roles.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to screen resumes and assess candidate suitability.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
