About the Role

Founding Teams is an AI powered pre-accelerator & Talent for equity platform supporting the next generation of AI startup founders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support founders with engineering, product, sales, marketing, and operations staff to create and launch their product.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS (or similar)
• Back-end technologies: NodeJS, ExpressJS, Java, Spring, Ruby on Rails, Python, Django (or similar)
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Cloud deployment platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Containerization tools: Docker or Kubernetes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, ML, Statistics, Computer Science, Software/Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong mathematical background in probability, statistics, and optimization algorithms.
• Confident in taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Enjoy the process of turning nebulous ideas into reality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A self-starter who drives projects and builds strong relationships with stakeholders and teams.
• Thrive with minimal guidance and process.
• Experience working in both small teams/incubators and large corporations.
