About the Role
HOOC AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated MBA freshers to join their sales and business development team. This role provides practical exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and IT services sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.
- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Connect with prospects to understand their requirements and introduce IT services, software development, and AI solutions.
- Schedule client meetings and manage follow-ups.
- Assist with proposals, sales presentations, and negotiations.
- Maintain sales records, lead databases, and pipeline reports.
- Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- MBA freshers, preferably in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in client interaction and negotiation.
- A target-driven mindset and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting, Excel, or CRM tools is an advantage.
Compensation and Career Growth
- Duration: 6 Months
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
- PPO: Up to ₹6 LPA based on performance for a full-time role.
