Trainee Territory Business Manager - Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor sales in the territory.
- Implement and execute all strategies.
- Engage with stakeholders including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutions' pharmacies.
- Maintain discipline and punctuality with set timelines for multiple internal processes.
- Perform effective in-clinic activities.
- Generate and develop business through science-based discussions with doctors and chemists for product promotion.
- Execute the customer management plan to ensure all customers are covered as per the plan.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and email exchanges.
- Ability to explain anatomy, physiology, and the product portfolio.
Qualifications
- Fresher with good communication skills and analytical skills.
- Any Science Graduate.
- Ability to learn fast and adapt to market changes.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- To be disciplined and punctual with set timelines for multiple internal processes.
- On Business partner payroll.
