Key Responsibilities
- Working towards monthly and daily targets.
- Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
- Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
- Ensuring adherence to SOP at store.
- Ensuring adherence to store etiquette and store timing.
- Assisting store manager in stock management.
- Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline.
Key Tasks
- Sales
- Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching).
- Introducing customers to the concept of MYOP.
- Demonstrating and presenting products.
- Supporting customers to identify the right perfume.
- Store cleanliness and merchandising.
- Stock Audits.
- DSR and Daily checklists.
- Placing stock requests to HO.
- Validating and receiving stock.
- Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.
Qualifications
- Preferably graduates with 2 years of experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion towards sales.
- Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.
