About the Role

SHAKTI HORMANN PRIVATE LIMITED is a financial services company headquartered in Telangana, India. This is a full-time, on-site Junior Engineer role based in Jaipur. Key Responsibilities

• Support senior engineers in the design, implementation, and maintenance of systems and processes relevant to the company’s financial services operations.
• Assist with technical analysis.
• Prepare documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Support troubleshooting and performance improvements.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Follow established procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Learn quickly, take ownership of assigned tasks, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in technical documentation, report writing, and use of standard office and engineering tools or software (e.g., MS Office, CAD or analytical tools as applicable).
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur.
• Willingness to learn industry-specific practices in financial services and adapt to new technologies and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or a related technical field from a recognized institution.
• Foundational engineering knowledge in a relevant discipline (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, or related field), with the ability to apply basic principles to practical problems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes and quality standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and respond constructively to feedback.
• Ability to manage time and priorities efficiently and maintain professionalism in a dynamic work environment.
• Prior internship or project experience in an industrial or corporate setting is an advantage.
