About the Role

This full-time remote Volunteer role at My Algerian Dream focuses on supporting community-driven initiatives that promote education, cultural exchange, and social development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with online outreach campaigns.
• Helping coordinate virtual events and workshops.
• Providing administrative support such as tracking participation and updating records.
• Collaborating with team members to develop and share digital content.
• Responding to inquiries from community members.
• Helping maintain an inclusive and welcoming online environment.
• Contributing to program planning, translation or language support, and the development of new initiatives that align with the organization’s mission (depending on interests and experience).

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly in English (and preferably another language such as Arabic or French) and engage respectfully with diverse communities.
• Strong organizational skills, including time management, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through on commitments in a remote setting.
• Comfort using digital tools such as email, video conferencing platforms, shared documents, and social media for collaboration and outreach.
• Demonstrated interest in social impact, education, cultural exchange, or community development, ideally with some experience in volunteering or nonprofit work.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a remote team, with openness to feedback and continuous learning.
• Availability to commit to full-time volunteer hours and maintain a consistent schedule aligned with team needs.
