About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site CA Articleship role based at the H N A & Co LLP office in Indore. The role involves assisting in audits and reviews related to indirect taxes, working on GST returns, reconciliations, and compliance documentation. The articleship trainee will support seniors in preparing reports, drafting notes, and maintaining working papers for client assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in audits and reviews related to indirect taxes.

- Supporting seniors in preparing reports, drafting notes, and maintaining working papers.
- Researching tax provisions.
- Analyzing client data.
- Preparing summaries.
- Ensuring timely completion of compliance and advisory work.
- Coordinating with clients.
- Participating in internal training sessions.
- Contributing to knowledge building within the team.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- Basic accounting or ERP software
Qualifications
- Registered as a Chartered Accountancy student and eligible for articleship under ICAI guidelines.
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of indirect taxation, especially GST.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear working papers and reports.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret financial and tax data.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work collaboratively in a professional team environment.
- Integrity, professionalism, and commitment to adhering to ethical standards.
- Prior internship or practical exposure in taxation or audit is an advantage but not mandatory.
