Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a sharp eye who will own the visual look of our brands' social content and ad creatives, and who is curious about using AI to design faster and better. As a startup, our roles keep evolving, so you will wear many hats.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Instagram, LinkedIn and ad creatives for D2C brands: posts, carousels, stories, infographics, banners, thumbnails and reel covers.
• Turn briefs and ideas into clear, on-brand visuals and apply feedback quickly.
• Adapt each design into the formats and sizes every platform needs.
• Build brand visual systems and keep each brand's guidelines, typography and look consistent.
• Use AI tools for ideation, image generation and editing to lift quality and cut turnaround time.
• Support strategy and pitch decks, and basic motion or video needs, when required.
• Keep up with new AI tools, design trends and what is working on Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Handle several client projects at once, keep files organised and deliver on deadline.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0–2 years in design (agency, freelance or internship), backed by a strong portfolio.
• Good understanding of social media design and digital content, with a solid grasp of composition, typography, colour and hierarchy.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva, and basic Figma.
• Comfortable with AI design tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT and Adobe Firefly, and keen to keep up with new ones.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
• Creative, collaborative and practical, and comfortable taking feedback through multiple iterations.
• Adaptable and happy to take ownership across functions in a small team.

Bonus Points

• Basic motion and video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
• Experience designing static ad creatives for D2C or performance campaigns.
• Knowledge of InDesign.
