Jr Graphic Designer

About the Role

The Jr Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves creating visual assets for marketing and corporate communications, including social media graphics, presentations, brochures, and banners.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for marketing and corporate communications.
• Support brand consistency by applying established brand guidelines.
• Work on logo adaptations and refining layouts and typography for digital and print materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
• Interpret briefs and prepare design concepts.
• Deliver production-ready files within timelines.
• Perform basic image editing.
• Maintain an organized asset library.
• Assist in updating design templates as needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent.
• Experience with digital and print media.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding.
• Good understanding of Typography and layout principles.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Openness to constructive feedback.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Internship or freelance experience is an advantage.
