About the Role

Hyperscale is seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Design & Content Building Intern to join their team in a hybrid capacity. This role offers hands-on exposure to an AI-first agency's operations while working closely with design and content teams to develop brand stories across social media, web, and marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics, banners, and creatives for social media, websites, and campaigns.
• Support content creation for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, including captions, carousels, and visual storytelling.
• Assist in building and refining marketing collateral and brand assets.
• Collaborate with the team on client projects across various industries.
• Help maintain visual consistency across brand guidelines.
• Explore and apply AI tools to speed up design and content workflows.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Figma, or similar.
• Basic understanding of social media content trends and formats.
• Good written communication skills for crafting captions/content.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines, accept feedback constructively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• A strong eye for visual detail, layout, and brand storytelling.
• Curiosity about AI-powered design and content tools is a big plus.
• Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and interest in digital marketing and AI-driven solutions are advantageous.
