About the Role
We are looking for a Founder’s Office Intern to assist with various tasks involved in growing a business, gaining exposure to marketing, business development, and operations, while working directly with the founder.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media:
- Engage with people.
- Interact with relevant accounts.
- Cross-post content.
- Create occasional stories or simple carousels.
- Influencer & Creator Outreach:
- Find influencers.
- Reach out to potential collaborators.
- Follow up on outreach.
- Facilitate collaborations.
- Business Development:
- Connect with potential customers.
- Connect with potential collaborators.
- Identify other individuals who can help the business grow.
- Operations & Reporting:
- Prepare reports.
- Organize data.
- Track tasks.
- Customer Feedback:
- Conduct feedback calls.
- Collect customer responses.
- Follow up on conversations.
- Founder’s Office Tasks:
- Assist with tasks to advance the business.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfortable with Instagram, Canva, Google Sheets (a plus, but willingness to learn is prioritized).
- Familiarity with digital marketing (a plus, but willingness to learn is prioritized).

Role: Founder’s Office Intern

Mode: 100% Remote

Stipend: ₹10k per month

Duration: Minimum 3 months

Time Commitment: 5–6 hours a day

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Timings: Flexible, with consistent work completion and communication.

Location: Anywhere in India. Candidates based in Bangalore are a plus, but not required.
