Public Area Attendant

About the Role

As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of public areas such as entrances, corridors, staircases, and sanitary rooms. You will ensure all areas are always clean, well-maintained, and inviting, including regular trash removal, restocking supplies, and performing minor cleaning tasks as needed. Additionally, you will report damages or maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Baduria. You will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintenance of public areas (entrances, corridors, staircases, sanitary rooms).
• Ensuring all areas are consistently clean, well-maintained, and inviting.
• Regular trash disposal.
• Restocking supplies.
• Performing minor cleaning tasks as needed.
• Reporting damages or maintenance needs.
• Adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborating with team members for smooth daily operations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in cleaning or facility management.
• Proficient in using cleaning agents and equipment.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations.
• Ability to work reliably, meticulously, and in a structured manner, even with repetitive tasks.
• Team player with respectful interaction with colleagues and guests.
• Basic communication skills.
• Flexibility regarding working hours.
• Physical resilience and willingness to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Basic English language skills are advantageous.
• Initial experience in a service-oriented environment is advantageous.
• Willingness to undergo relevant training.
