About the Role

The Volunteer at My Behavior Bridge will support the adoption and effective use of the EduTrend platform in special education settings. This full-time remote role involves assisting educators and school staff with onboarding, answering questions, and providing basic user support and guidance on behavior data entry and review. The volunteer will help document best practices, create simple guides or FAQs, and gather feedback from users to inform improvements. Day-to-day tasks may include participating in virtual meetings or training sessions, organizing user resources, and coordinating with the core team to ensure the platform continues to meet the needs of educators and students. The role is ideal for individuals who want to contribute to mission-driven work that enhances support for students with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist educators and school staff with onboarding to the EduTrend platform.
• Answer questions and provide basic user support for the EduTrend platform.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and in virtual meetings, including explaining processes in simple, accessible language.
• Comfort with using web-based platforms and digital tools, with the ability to learn new software workflows and help others navigate them.
• Strong organizational skills, including maintaining documentation, tracking user feedback, and following through on assigned tasks.
• Interest in special education, behavior support, or related fields; prior exposure to educational or nonprofit environments is helpful but not required.
• Demonstrated reliability, discretion with sensitive information, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory service to diverse students and staff.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a distributed team across digital channels.
• Availability for full-time volunteer hours and openness to training and ongoing learning about behavior tracking and analytics.
