About the Role
Debe Learning is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support their day-to-day business operations. The intern will work closely with the core team to help manage processes, coordinate with international students and educators, and ensure smooth delivery of programs. This is a hands-on role where work directly impacts kids' learning journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling, sessions, and communications with students, parents, and tutors across US & UK time zones
- Monitor and follow up on student onboarding, enrolment, and retention workflows
- Assist in managing internal tools, dashboards, and operational trackers
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to streamline operations
- Support customer success by handling queries and ensuring a great experience
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field
- Strong communicator — written and verbal — with good English proficiency
- Comfortable working evening/night shifts (2 PM – 12 AM IST) to align with US & UK hours
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive in a remote setting
- Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, or similar
- Passionate about education, startups, or working with an international team
Internship Details
- Duration: 6 Months
- Working Hours: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST
- Stipend: Rs 8,000/month
- Location: Remote
