Operations Manager Intern

About the Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive Operations Manager Intern to support our growing client operations. This role will help keep delivery smooth, teams aligned, and internal processes well managed. You will work closely with the operations team on client coordination, task tracking, process improvement, reporting, and day-to-day problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and coordination for new clients.
• Track projects, tasks, deadlines, and team deliverables.
• Maintain client-related documents, trackers, and internal reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure work is completed on time.
• Help identify workflow gaps and suggest practical process improvements.
• Assist with creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Follow up on pending tasks and communicate updates clearly.
• Support quality checks across client delivery and internal operations.
• Help prepare weekly performance and operations reports.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on details.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, Notion, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools.
• A problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership.
• Interest in operations, project management, client servicing, or business growth.
• Based in, or able to work from, Dehradun.
