Position Overview
Join N1 as Operations Associate to shape the future of crypto by leading key company internal operations, external initiatives, and special projects. You will work directly with the executive team. Your work will involve assisting in company-wide planning, building internal company systems and tools, legal ops, financial ops, administrative ops, and special projects. Your work and responsibilities will be highly dynamic, constantly changing, and will touch many facts of the company.
Full-time and Part-time available.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in company-wide planning.
- Build internal company systems and tools.
- Manage legal ops.

- Manage administrative ops.
- Execute special projects.
Requirements
- Proven track record in an operations related role.
- Experience leading, planning, managing, and executing large scale projects.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- High energy.
- Genuine enthusiasm for fast-paced startup environment.
- Capacity to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
- Exceptional communication skills.

Salary Range (Full-time): $60k - $100k
