This is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers
• Understanding customer needs
• Recommending bakery products
• Completing sales transactions accurately
• Maintaining product displays
• Ensuring cleanliness of the sales area
• Managing order inquiries and reservations
• Handling payments and billing
• Responding to customer questions
• Addressing customer concerns
• Promoting special offers or new items to increase sales
• Assisting in basic stock checks
• Coordinating with the bakery team on order readiness
• Supporting training of new team members on sales processes and customer interaction standards

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Communication skills: clear verbal interaction, active listening
• Customer Service skills: courteous behavior, problem-solving, creating positive customer experiences
• Sales skills: product recommendation, upselling, closing transactions efficiently
• Training and Sales Management skills: guiding team members, supporting store sales targets
• Point-of-sale (POS) systems: familiarity is beneficial
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus
• Prior experience in retail, food service, or bakery sales is an advantage but not mandatory
