About the Role
That Design Studio is looking for a Junior Architect to join their multidisciplinary design practice in New Delhi. The studio focuses on architecture, interior design, branding, and graphics, with a strong emphasis on hospitality and F&B design, including restaurants, bars, and cafés. The role involves working on projects from concept development to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the design and development of hospitality, F&B, and commercial interior projects.
- Preparing architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailed construction documentation.
- Developing plans, sections, elevations, and interior detailing.
- Researching materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and design solutions.
- Coordinating with consultants, vendors, and site teams to translate design intent into built spaces.
- Conducting site visits and assisting with execution and on-site coordination.
- Collaborating with the team across different stages of a project, from initial concepts to final execution.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and rendering software is a plus.
- A good understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction processes.
- An interest in hospitality and F&B design, particularly restaurants, bars, cafés, and other experiential spaces.
- Strong visualisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
Qualifications
- A degree in Architecture.
