As an Environmental Associate, your job responsibilities and performance expectations are intended to reflect the high level of care and customer service provided by Norton Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and disinfecting a variety of hospital areas, rooms, restrooms, etc., along with office suites in the medical office buildings.
• Performs various housekeeping duties to maintain the hospital in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.
• Where patient/family contact is involved, demonstrates knowledge, skills, and behavior appropriate to the age of the patient population served. This includes children (newborn to 17 yrs), adults, and/or elderly.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
• High School Diploma or GED
