About the Role
The Federal Reserve Board offers valuable work experience for undergraduate and graduate students. This paid internship provides hands-on experience applying cutting-edge AI technologies to solve enterprise business challenges within the Administrative Data Operations team. Internships may be in-person, remote, or hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
The Technology Intern will support the Administrative Data Operations team in developing innovative data integration solutions across cloud and on-premises systems. Expected projects include:
- Test Automation: Applying AI to automate application testing processes.
- System Integration: Utilizing AI capabilities to streamline data flow between platforms.
- Intelligent Automation: Designing and building custom AI agents and assistants to automate routine tasks.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited university and returning to continue studies after the internship.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be graduating from your program August 2027 or later.
Qualifications
This position suits a motivated student interested in exploring the intersection of artificial intelligence, software development, and business process optimization.
- Background in the following areas are helpful:
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL
- Understanding of AI technologies and applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Model Context Protocols (MCP)
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Claude AI and Anthropic's development tools
- Experience with data integration projects
