About the Role

- Reports to: Department Supervisor
Job Summary
Responsible for preparing parts for the production process and assisting the operator as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine priority of jobs to begin preparing for processing.
- Select appropriate racking procedure according to size, shape, and number of objects to be processed.
- Wire or clip objects to rack or hoist for processing.
- Remove parts from rack or bar after processing.
- Complete paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines.
- Ensure proper PPE is worn and safety guidelines are followed.
- Maintain a clean working area by disposing of unnecessary trash or wires.
- Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Hazardous waste disposal procedures
- ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) knowledge and technical data access is required.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (required)
- Experience: None required
- Physical Demands:
- Must be able to consistently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50-75 lbs.
- This is a physically active job.
- Requires average sight, touch.
- Must be able to wear PPE.

- Compensation Range: $16.90 to $19.60 per hour
