About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and technically skilled Field Service Engineers to join our Lithium Battery Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation support, troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and after-sales service of lithium battery systems across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, and servicing of Lithium Battery Systems
- Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis at customer sites
- Providing technical support and resolving service-related issues
- Coordinating with customers, dealers, and internal teams
- Preparing service reports and maintaining service records
- Ensuring timely closure of service requests
- Travelling across assigned regions as required
Qualifications & Tech Stack
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field
- Experience in Lithium Batteries, EV, Inverter, Solar, or Energy Storage Systems preferred
- Hands-on field service and troubleshooting experience
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory
- Willingness to travel extensively
Compensation
- Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
- Higher salary can be offered to experienced and deserving candidates
