Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in managing and coordinating with international clients.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads through emails, calls, and online platforms.
• Prepare and send product catalogues, quotations, and samples to overseas clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and orders in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
• Support the preparation of sales reports, market feedback, and presentations.
• Help organize and participate in virtual meetings and international trade shows (as required).
• Continuously learn about jewelry collections, quality standards, and export procedures.
• Build strong professional communication skills while dealing with international clients.
