Accelerated Management Program Associate

About the Role

Daikin is seeking candidates for its Accelerated Management Program (AMP) with an interest in the Operations side of the business. This is a twelve-month program designed for individuals to work hands-on from the ground up, exploring facets of the company that align with personal skills and interests. The program offers a focus on Branch Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Counter Sales: Work face-to-face with customers, gaining product knowledge and learning systems and processes.
• Warehouse: Gain hands-on experience with products, including shipping and receiving materials.
• Inside/Showroom Sales: Develop daily skills necessary to become a successful Branch leader by building relationships with customers and the sales force.
• Develop leadership skills.
• Provide accurate pricing and inventory information.
• Develop and maintain relationships.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must graduate between December 2026 - May 2027.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Sales, Entrepreneurial Studies (or similar).
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA (overall and major).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Decision Making: Ability to make informed and timely decisions.
• Time Management: Efficient time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and ERP systems.
• Financial Acumen: Ability to understand and manage budgets, financial statements, and cost analysis.
• Customer Focus: Understanding customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
