Position Title: Test Engineer
Location: Chantilly VA
Core Hours: 9am to 4pm
Description
Position requires a Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with a Polygraph. The Test Engineer will provide support to the Apps Team, which maintains a robust, scalable environment to standardize and centralize currently disparate enrichment efforts.
Mandatory Requirements
- Software testing, preferably with web applications.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Testing applications built with React and TypeScript.
- Testing Node.js server applications.
- Experience with advanced testing frameworks and tools, such as:
- Front-end: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright.
- Back-end: Mocha, Chai, Supertest, Postman, Newman.
- End-to-end: Cypress, Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, Katalon Studio.
- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing into deployment workflows.
- Ability to monitor the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects and requirements.
Optional Requirements
- Specific experience level ranges are defined for different position levels (Developmental 0-2 years, Full Performance 3-5 years, Senior 6-10 years, Expert 11-15 years, SME 16+ years).
