Retail Associate, SEAS

About the Role

As a Nike Retail Associate, also known as an Athlete, you embody the “Just Do It” mindset. You are responsible for helping consumers discover products that inspire them and support their aspirations to move, dream, and dare. You contribute to building brand trust and loyalty within a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. The primary goal is to serve the consumer and deliver the ultimate Nike store experience.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $19.00.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Retail hours flexibility: Ability to work day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays based on department and store/company needs.
• Physical requirements: Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Relocation support and work authorization assistance are not available.
