Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager with a passion for sales, growth, and earning.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting sales targets each quarter using provided paid leads and data calling.
- Pitching relevant property options to prospective property seekers.
- Assisting with site visits for buyers, accompanied by team members.
- Providing all necessary support to ensure smooth deal closure after site visits, under team manager guidance.
- Performing daily follow-ups and tracking all assigned leads.
- Managing good customer relationships and being a collaborative team player.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Customer handling skills
- Decision-making skills
- English and Hindi language proficiency
- Flexible for day shift
- Work Timings: 10 AM - 7:30 PM
- Comfortable working 6 days a week with a weekday off
- 2-wheeler required
