Job Title: Stock Associate, Prada San Diego Fashion Valley

About the Role

• To be responsible for managing the proper rotation of goods according to company regulations.
• To support the Stock Manager in all responsibilities regarding the warehouse and the store.
• To deal with sales and therefore support the Sales Staff in order to maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper management of daily goods receipt.
• Arrange merchandise following corporate procedures.
• Check and prepare products for the sales floor and/or special areas.
• Ensure the safety of products and valuable material in the warehouse during handling.
• Assure the right product flow tracking through SAP system.
• Maintain order in the warehouse according to corporate standards.
• Guarantee returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce delivery following corporate guidelines and deadlines.
• Provide orders for packaging material according to store needs.

Qualifications

• Previous working experience in a similar role.
• Experience ideally in the Retail luxury sector.
• High affinity for luxury products.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• English is a must; other languages are a plus.
