About the Role
- Position Type: Full-Time/Regular
- Job Location: Willingboro, NJ, US
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am-7pm
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze picked inventory and determine its destination.
- Use good judgment from experience and system suggestions to make determinations.
- Optimize the flow of products from the warehouse to the appropriate end destination.
- Route all picked items to shipping or production based on item condition, unit price, and overall quality.
- Optimize and drive the flow of product from the warehouse to the end destination (shipping or production).
- Ensure timely and accurate consolidation and/or fulfillment of all pick tickets and inventory movements outside of the Autostore.
- Assist Warehouse Operations Supervisor with high-level tasks as assigned.
- Mentor and train new team members.

Physical Demands
- Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
- Frequent walking.
- Frequent standing and repetitive hand motion.
- Lifting requirements:
- Repeated lifting of up to 10 pounds.
- Frequent lifting of up to 35 pounds.
- Occasional lifting up to 100 pounds.
- Frequent walking on open, raised catwalk.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
