About the Role

Oelwein Healthcare Center is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to design and implement therapy programs that help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. Join our growing team and make a meaningful impact. We offer full-time (FT), part-time (PT), and PRN options.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized physical therapy programs to help restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain.
• Work closely with residents and staff to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs.
• Ensure residents feel comfortable and supported throughout their therapy journey.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• State of Iowa Physical Therapist License – or eligible to sit for boards.
• Experience preferred, but new grads are welcome.
