Job Title: Customer Service Associate - Closing Shift
About the Role
Customer Service Associates are an important part of the team and impact all areas of the customer experience. The main priority is to provide great customer service. This role is entry-level with paid training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking orders in the drive-thru
- Assembling orders
- Delivering food to customers
- Cleaning the dining room
- Talking to customers
- Providing quick and friendly service
- Working together as a team, assisting other Crewmembers
- Following proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food

Physical Demands
- Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Kneel, bend, twist or stoop
- Ascend or descend stairs
- Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
Qualifications
Previous experience as a customer service associate, retail team member, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook, drive-thru cashier, or any other restaurant or service-oriented role is helpful but not required.
