About The EDGE Program

EDGE is DTCC’s 18-month early-career development program for recent graduates. The program combines hands-on business experience, structured learning, mentorship, networking, and regular feedback to help analysts build technical, functional, and leadership capabilities.

Role Responsibilities

• Analyze financial activity and support accounting processes used to maintain accurate books and records.
• Assist with monthly close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, schedules, workpapers, and documentation used for management and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and other business partners to gather information, investigate issues, and support reporting deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls, documentation, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date: May 2027
• Minimum GPA: 3.2
• Authorization to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Internship, project, research, student organization, volunteer, or leadership experience related to the role.
• Preferred: Interest in financial reporting, accounting operations, financial controls, and financial services.
• Preferred: Exposure to Excel, financial statement analysis, ERP systems, accounting processes, or reporting tools.
